In advance of this I will be giving two more talks about the 2/5th Sherwood Foresters in November. These will be another chance to hear the presentation I gave at Nottingham Central Library arranged through the Museum of the Mercian Regiment. This talk was very well received and it was especially rewarding to meet with some other descendants of the men who served in the battalion and units that served alongside them.
